The more of this arrives with the source, the closer the first quote lands to the last invoice.

Validated. Anything a patient must understand alone, with no coordinator beside them, should be read back by native readers before it ships. Protocols and brochures usually need only Translated.
Is the project minimum charged on top of the word count?
No. It is a floor. A 400-word letter at $0.23 a word would be $92, so it is quoted at the $390 minimum; a 5,000-word file is quoted at the word count.
Do you invoice before or after delivery?
After. One invoice per project, sent when the certificate and files reach you.
Can you start from a PDF?
Yes, though text locked in a scan must be rebuilt first. That is the template-work line above, and it is quoted before we begin.
What if my language is not Spanish, Portuguese or French?
We will say so on the first call and point you to desks we would trust with our own forms.
